HIGHLAND, N.Y. -- Police arrested three people in Highland on weapon charges after a search of an apartment on Route 9W in Esopus, Time Warner Cable News reported.
Benjamin Chapman, Abraham Penn and Selene Shumate are being held at Ulster County Jail.
